My routine in quarantine

My routine changed a lot with the pandemic. I wake up around 9 am, I spend about half an hour on my social media and then I’m going to have breakfast. Every Wednesday I have vídeo meeting, from a college project. But at least three times a week I need to dedicate myself to it. My study routine is very diferente, I feel unmotivated, but I try to study one hour a day in addition to remote classes. I Always shop online, but in quarantine my consumption increased a lot, I estimate that I make personal purchases at least once every 15 days. I have skin problems related to stress and in isolation it got worse, so I have to do a treatment routine every day when I wake up and before bed. To relax during the quarantine I am watching a lot of TV series, mainly comedy. And I love reading and Listening to music, so these are my hobbies. Also, I love making crafts and it relaxes me too. So during this isolation period I’m making custom boxes and plant pots. I like to do physical exercises and to do this at home, I like to jump rope and do yoga. I try to practice any of these activities for at least half an hour a day, but I can’t always do it. My sleep is very unbalanced in this period, but I always try to wake up at the same time and maintain a sleep routine to try to sleep well the next night, but it is difficult.
